There are certain days of the year people look forward to every single year. Christmas, birthdays, 4th of July, and REI dividend day are just a few of the these. There is also the last Sunday in February!
So, sometime in the last week, I had a message flash at me from WordPress, the engine that runs our Mountainstroh blog. It was short and sweet, but made me do a bit of a double take.
This is your 1000th post!
OK, I had no idea I was approaching 1000, nor would I have ever guessed I would ever have 1000 posts. And it made me think about what all went into these….

I can tell I am going to have a challenge this year: To not beat myself for not making the same miles from last year. Last year was a fluke and a record. I will get plenty of miles this year, but it doesn’t need to be as much as last year.
That being said, I wanted to kick off February well… Continue reading “A mid winter’s ride”
