Is anyone else surprised that this is the last day of January?? Seems like the year just started. yet here we are with Groundhog Day just around the corner.
I will take a minute to brag. With a combination of indoor miles on the trainer and outdoor rides on the weekend, I have cranked out 376 miles this month! Plus who knows how many miles walked on the beach and walked (even ran!) on the treadmill. I am kicking the winter food binge smoothness and getting back to what I want to be, one bad assed cyclist! More on that to come.
But I digress, this is about this week, and damn I liked it, especially the last 3 days. Continue reading
Ladies and gents I am getting spoiled! The weather has been nothing but amazing this entire month. (Funny, the one real rain we had, Michelle and I were in Portland at the zoo!) Aside from those days, October has looked like this

They sit inside, they watch TV, they play video games and never really look around to see all there is to see. Luckily we are NOT like that. My second phot blog post will share some with ya! Continue reading “The things you can see at the ocean!”
Last year, on the 4th of July, Michelle and I decided to do something silly and touristy. We went into Seattle and rode the Duck. We had a blast! So this year, since it was a three-day weekend, we were pondering what we should do! She suggested “Let’s get up early and go to Mt Rainier!!” “Oh hell yeah!” (all the pics that follow were taken by Michelle and I, some of them turned out well enough that they could have been snagged from google, but nope all ours!)
