Yeah yeah yeah, I know. Every stinking TV show, radio program, podcast and blogger does a “looking back post.” So here I am doing the same. But ya know, honestly 2018 has been a year of change, AND the blogger mafia threatened to take away my website if I didn’t do it, so, here we go, 2018…
Saturday was April 2nd. Six years ago that day was one helluva stormy night. It was a Friday, and our friends and family braved the weather to watch a lovely bride get hitched to kind of a dweeby looking groom
It was honestly one of the few weddings I very much enjoyed!
Now 6 years later, it had to be celebrated as only we could… Continue reading “The 6th anniversary weekend”
You know, there are some nights you have just decided there isn’t going to be a blog post as you have nothing in mind. No big deal, a night off isn’t a bad thing. Then, when driving to the grocery store for a few things, and listening to sports radio, you not only know what to write but that you will do so NOW!

So to remedy that, we spent most of every minute with each other this last weekend. It was a great weekend of just hanging out. We both needed it!
The other thing I needed was the wind in my face, that happened today… Continue reading “Finally back on the bike!”

Aside from that though, the brain travels along whatever path it chooses. You just never know what it may come up with or what memory will pop into it. During last night’s ride home, the night my Dad met my girlfriend Heather for the first (and LAST) time popped in there. NOWadays it makes me giggle, but when it happened….
