Its Becoming a Habit!

OK, OK I know. Lately the blog has been mostly about cycling… But in all fairness, the Mountainstroh blog started as a cycling site. Then, as time when on, it just became more about life in general, and since my life, especially this time of year, seems to revolve around cycling, it kinda makes sense! After Work in Lincoln City!

So, as we all now know, Mountainstroh and Mrs. Mountainstroh have moved out of the Puget Sound area of Washington. Last Saturday, we pointed our noses to the Southwest and arrived at Lincoln City. Cannon Beach 2017 Part I

Monday morning dawned, and Michelle was up and raring to go after her half Marathon. How ready was she? Well after walking 13.1 miles the day before, she popped out of bed, put on her workout gear and went down to the workout room for a recovery elliptical machine session.

I drug my ass out of bed and went to Starbucks!

After saying goodbye to everyone, and grabbing some books for our library at home from Kim and Mark, Michelle and I were off to the coast!  Continue reading “Cannon Beach 2017 Part I”
